Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for reviewing your own credit reports, providing requested documents, responding to communications, maintaining active credit monitoring access when required, keeping account login information current when applicable, and notifying us of any important changes.

You are also responsible for making your payments on time, managing credit balances, avoiding unnecessary new debt, monitoring your accounts, and following any credit education or action steps provided to you.

Elite Credit Empire is not responsible for negative results caused by missed payments, new collections, high balances, new inquiries, charge-offs, repossessions, bankruptcies, judgments, inaccurate information provided by you, failure to provide documentation, failure to follow instructions, or actions taken by creditors, bureaus, lenders, or third parties.

Credit Monitoring and Third-Party Platforms

Some services may require access to a third-party credit monitoring platform, identity verification service, client portal, payment processor, or other third-party provider. These third-party services are not owned or controlled by Elite Credit Empire.
